I couldn’t be more excited to connect with you and share my journey into orthokeratology. Since opening Ortho K Specialty in January 2020, I’ve dedicated my practice to a singular mission: giving children a better vision for life. As the first healthcare practice focused exclusively on treating myopia in children, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact ortho-k can have—not just in improving vision but in safeguarding against serious eye conditions associated with myopia.
My passion for enhancing eyesight through professional vision care drives every aspect of my work. There’s something profoundly rewarding about helping young patients see clearly and confidently, knowing that our efforts are making a significant difference in their lives and futures.

I’m thrilled to share my journey with you! It’s been nearly 20 years, since I starting offering ortho-k services, and boy has it been a journey. The first year I started, I fit only a couple of patients. Fast-forward to today, I now have two successful practices that were started from the ground up (one devoted to only ortho-k and myopia management). Currently, I am at a stage where I am exclusively seeing only ortho-k and myopia management patients.
I am genuinely excited to help you through your journey and help build or enhance your own ortho-k practice. I am looking forward to work alongside you and share everything I’ve learned along the way, so you can grow your practice faster and reach your goals quicker!

Graduated from University of Waterloo, School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2005.
Opened a private practice in 2007 and started offering ortho-k services shortly there after. Opened a second location dedicated to Orthokeratology and Myopia Control in 2017.
